1987 June Company established in 5-8 Akihabara, Taito-ku, Tokyo ,
with authorized capital of 320 million yen and paid-in capital of 80 million yen. Company name is "AIREC Corporation"
July Established the Tsukuba Technical center (Tsukuba city, Ibaraki prefecture).
October Established Chiba equipment centers (Chiba city, Chiba prefecture).
1988 July Established Osaka sales office (Itami city, Hyogo prefecture).
August Authorized capital was increased to 1.280 million yen, paid-in capital is increased to 320 million yen
Changed the name to "AIREC Engineering Corporation"
1990 April Established Kyushu sales office (Kumamoto city, Kumamoto Prefecture).
June Moved to Osaka sales office to Osaka city, Osaka prefecture
November Get the Minister of Construction construction permit (specific construction).
1991 March Started receiving subcontract for trenchless pipe line design
June Started manufacturing and sales civil engineering material beginning with the PMF.

February Ace Mole DL50 succeeded in jacking R = 200mS-curve pipe in gravel mixed silt layer of Nishinomiya city, Hyogo prefecture.
August Succeeded in water purification of the pond in Koko-en Garden Himeji city, Hyogo prefecture using Turbid water treatment equipment "WATS".
2000 May Won Technology Award by the Japan Society of Civil Engineers Kansai Branch (Using Espar in large-scale hindrance transfering work "the path of the multi-media ")
June Ace Mole DL50 succeeded in jacking R = 55m steep curve pipe in gravel soil in Kyoto city, Kyoto prefecture.

Renamed Kyushu branch to Southern Kyushu branch. Established new Kyushu branch in Fukuoka .
