■The image processing apparatus of the original development is automaticly followed with transfer speed, and high-speed inspection.
■For multiple registration of the reference images, it recognizes the inspection and allows a variation of products without defects.
■"line block position correction" function can inspect with high accuracy.
■It is equipped with a dedicated detection algorithm for missing characters.
■Inspection analysis system "VST" (optional) can understand the position information of the defective part.
■Maintenance services can be remotely connected using a communication line to allow quick response if trouble occurs.
