Reverse Ace system provides a NO-DIC solution that replaces the damaged and aging piples with new pipes without excavation.
Reverse Ace, with special head attached to the tunneling machine, will freely crush the old pipes' section and recollected them and lay new pipe. It can be appled regardless of the existing pipes' position and linear type, as well as in a variety of soil, from rock to soft ground.
It can crush reinforced concrete pipe, resin concrete pipe, hard vinyl chloride pipe, polyethylene pipes, digging pottery pipe and even SUS color.
■Tube and tube's surrounding survey
"Before the work, the investigation of the aging status within the pipes themselves and of the cavity, the buried pipes near the pipes and the pipe's mounting pipess, will be done.
By the method of ground radar and electromagnetic induction, the condition near the existing pipes and their mounting pipes will be investigated, by non-destructive and non-excavation method."
■Water replacement installation
"During the pipe jacking and mounting pipes rebuilding it is possible to stop the sewage flow if the water replacement system ensuring the bypass route is adopted.
As the pipe will be closed during the construction time, there will be small impact of bad smell and equipment can be easily removed and managed."
■Reusing mounting tubes
